Step 1. Listening: we’ll arrange a convenient time to have a brief chat about your business. This will help us build a picture of your team’s needs, problems, goals and priorities – as well as how we can help you best.

 

Step 2. Curation: Based on what you tell us, we’ll create a tailored learning journey designed to provide the services that your teams will benefit from the most. We’ll run the programme by you to ensure it meets your exact needs and help you to engage your stakeholders, before setting a schedule for delivery.

Step 3. Delivery: We’ll deliver a series of virtual or in-person training events or talks for your team, led by in-house experts on a schedule that works for you. Each workshop is accompanied by supporting material and resources that help embed the learning and outlining strategies for team members to practice and refine their skills over the long-term.

 

Step 4. After-Care: Our involvement doesn’t end after delivery – you can’t get rid of us that easily! Post-delivery, we’ll work with you to assess the success of the programme and listen to your feedback.
