Head of Customer Marketing

London – Hybrid – Full Time

Moving into an exciting phase of The School of Life, we are happy to share three roles in our newly created customer marketing team. We are looking for a Head of Customer Marketing, a Customer Campaigns Manager and a Partnerships Campaigns Manager. This new team will create and execute a customer-centric strategy, creating a fully rounded user-journey that maximises the customer touch points across the many types of content and services that we offer.  These roles are pivotal to the success of growing our audience and engaging with our customers to help them lead more emotionally fulfilled lives.

 

This newly created role, Head of Customer Marketing, will define and implement our direct to consumer marketing strategy and customer journeys, to engage new and existing customers with The School of Life ‘direct to consumer’ offerings – Books and Products, Therapy and Subscriptions. We are looking for a customer-focussed Marketeer who is mission-driven and who thrives in an agile environment.

Customer Campaigns Manager

London – Hybrid – Full Time

Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, the Customer Campaigns Manager will be  responsible for devising and implementing marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement  to all TSOL direct to customer products and services – Books and Products, Therapy and Subscription.  The successful candidate will use a variety of paid and direct marketing channels to engage with new and existing customers, drive increased awareness of the brand offering, convert prospects to customers and encourage customer retention and loyalty.

Partnerships Campaigns Manager

London – Hybrid – Full Time

Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, the Partnerships Campaigns Manager will be  responsible for engaging with third-party partners and retailers to create demand and drive  awareness of all TSOL direct to customer products and services – Books and Products, Therapy and Subscription.  The successful candidate will plan and execute innovative, commercially focused, multi channel campaigns and events that engage retailers, distributors and customers with our  physical and digital content, and services.

Growth Manager

London – Hybrid – Full Time

Reporting to the Digital Director, the Growth Manager sits at the intersection of product and marketing, and is primarily responsible for driving subscriber activation and retention, creating personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty and long-term engagement.  You will use your deep product, customer, and commercial knowledge to drive growth across our activation and retention funnels, and ensure our subscribers get maximum value from their subscription. You will take a data driven approach to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and needs, designing and executing growth initiatives via continuous experimentation and testing.

Digital Director (1 year fixed term maternity cover)

London – Hybrid – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Digital Director for a minimum 12 month fixed term contract  to manage the growth of our digital subscription business for maternity leave cover. You will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, implementation and delivery of all of TSOL’s digital products and services, as well as continuing to drive growth of, and engagement with, our digital content subscription.
