Product description

Why attend this Retreat?

If we could pin-point the single biggest reason why so many of us feel so lost, anxious and unhappy, it would be this: we don’t make time to focus on healing ourselves.

For entirely understandable and hugely noble reasons, all our time and energy is given over to others – to our boss, our friends, our partner, our children – leaving us no opportunity to attend to the emotional wounds and psychological scars we have carried with us for so long.

And so, before we know it, another month, year or decade has slipped by…and we’re still stuck in the same unhappy place we always were.

That’s why we created our Therapeutic Retreats. Our Retreats provide a unique opportunity to escape the rhythms and pressures of everyday life and spend a few days focusing solely on our own healing and growth.

With the support and guidance of our psychotherapy team, and in the company of like-minded fellow participants, you’ll discover a holistic approach to emotional health and mental wellbeing. Our 4-day Non-Residential City Retreats are nothing less than the ultimate way to care for yourself – and, by implication, all those who love and depend on you.

This Retreat is for you if…

You’re craving a genuine moment of pause, without the commitment and cost of a residential.

You’ll walk away with…

A complete regime for healing and growth, delivered through a mixture of ideas and therapeutic interventions, in an atmosphere that is warm, creative and focused

Retreat Location

Nestled in the heart of one of London’s most prestigious and picturesque neighbourhoods, Regent’s University enjoys a world-class setting within the historic expanse of Regent’s Park. Originally envisioned by the renowned architect John Nash and once the private hunting grounds of royalty, Regent’s Park has evolved into a 395-acre haven of landscaped gardens, tree-lined avenues, and open green spaces.

The upcoming Retreat will take place in The Knapp Gallery, a bright and contemporary exhibition space within Regent’s University. Its expansive windows bathe the gallery in natural light, offering serene views of the university’s gardens and easy access to the surrounding parkland.

With its elegant charm, lush greenery, and timeless atmosphere, Regent’s Park provides a rare fusion of urban sophistication and tranquil beauty — all just moments from the vibrant heart of central London.
