Frequently Asked Questions

Innovation is the ability to create changes, offshoots and iterations that add value and solve problems. This requires creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to ask deep questions. Importantly, we also need the vision and pragmatism to make this idea a reality. A successful innovator knows what to do once a good idea has struck, from the first prototype to helping others in the organisation to embrace the changes that innovation brings.

This workshop teaches us how to listen, how to ask thoughtful questions, when to give feedback, and how to show supportiveness through action as well as words.

This workshop examines the psychology of decision-making, the need for a balance between instinct and reason, and how we can maximise our successes and mitigate our mistakes.

Day-to-day work can all too easily make us feel bored or burnt-out. For many of us, this is when we start fantasising about changing careers. But what we most often need is to feel reconnected to our underlying values and the long-term impact of the work at hand. When we connect to our purpose at a micro and macro level, we can benefit from more energy, focus, and ultimately enhanced results.

Self-Awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence, yet studies show that while most of us think we understand ourselves, we often have little idea how others really see us. In the workplace, this alarming gap leads to misunderstandings, poor teamwork, increased conflict, poor decision-making and a lack of direction. When we are more self-aware, we can learn how to respond rather than react – leading to better decisions and healthier relationships at work.

By examining the history of leadership, this workshop highlights the challenges modern-day leaders face, how our own particular strengths and weaknesses affect our ability to lead, and how we can inspire others to grow as leaders as well as ourselves.
