The School of Life Therapeutic Retreat at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).

 

The School of Life is holding a 4-day non-residential city Retreat in the heart of London designed to help you heal from emotional challenges in an atmosphere of friendship, learning and discovery. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the ideas and atmosphere of the School of Life – and to come away with new ideas, perspectives and friends.

This Therapeutic Retreat will run from the 16th of January until the 19th of January 2025 and has a limited number of spaces available. Tickets are £1100 per person. What To Expect

Our retreats are designed to offer a holistic approach to healing a range of emotional pains and distress. You’ll work with The School of Life psychotherapy team and take part in a variety of experiences – therapeutic groups, journaling, art therapy, music therapy, dance and movement therapy, writing therapy, and EMDR.
