About This Event

At The School of Life, we believe in thinking deeply, but also in moving freely. Our first-ever Members Disco is a night devoted to the glorious, often-overlooked wisdom of the body. This isn’t about dancing well; it’s about dancing honestly, in ways that express who we are, what we’ve been through, and where we hope to go.
The School of Life Psychological Disco is a night of joyful dancing and honest reflection. We’ll move to the greatest disco tracks, then pause every few songs for a brief moment of reflection, guided by simple but powerful questions. It’s not about coolness or choreography, it’s about connection, playfulness, and the freedom to be real.
Come as you are, dance as much as you like, and discover how the rhythm of release and reflection can turn an ordinary night out into something deeply human.
Some people will dance exuberantly, others more quietly. Everyone will be welcome just as they are. At its heart, this evening is an invitation: to enjoy ourselves, without shame or hesitation.
