About This Event

We all carry the weight of our past mistakes. The emails we shouldn’t have sent, the relationships we wish we’d never entered, the choices we can’t undo. We replay them endlessly, chastising ourselves for our misjudgments, our lack of foresight, our human frailties.

Yet, this self-hatred is neither fair nor helpful. The truth is, we are human. We stumble, we misjudge, we fail, not because we are fundamentally flawed, but because life is a perilous journey we navigate without perfect knowledge or certainty.

This is an opportunity not only to unburden yourself of the past but also to cultivate a gentler, more sympathetic view of your life and your choices. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of perspective, a reminder that mistakes are not marks of moral failure, but evidence of being human.

An evening to reflect, connect, and let go.
