Rob O'Donnell is a Culture and People professional with extensive Learning and Organisational Development, Culture Change, and Coaching experience. His business, OD3 Consulting, looks to leverage this experience to supply tailored L&OD solutions and coaching to businesses. His passion is developing sustainable high-performing people and teams.
Rob is an accredited practitioner of Human Synergistics LSI and Leadership Impact tools. Rob has a passion for coaching, and has completed a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching with Dr. Tony Grant’s Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology (ICCP). His facilitation career spans 20 years across diverse industries, including; Internet, Telecommunications, Optical Retail, Audiology, Banking and Finance, and Retail.
Sophi Bruce is crafts learning experiences for a range of people and contexts that focus on thinking differently, developing leadership impact and adapting to change. Sophi has lived and worked extensively in the UK and now in Australia where she holds roles with the University of Technology Sydney and Social Leadership Australia. She has previously worked within public and commercial sectors and holds a Honours degree in English Literature and a Masters in Communication. Her formative years were spent growing up in a commune learning the basics of collaboration, perspective sharing and tolerance.
