Tamara Harrison is the acting Managing Director for The School of Life in Australia.
Tamara Harrison is a Creative Producer and Director skilled in international cultural collaborations and delivery. She has worked in the visual and performing arts as a practitioner and an organisational leader at Gertrude Contemporary, Malthouse Theatre, Polyglot, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image and Circus Oz.
As a previous Director of International Projects at Australia Council for the Arts and Executive Producer of Polyglot Theatre, Tamara has delivered arts projects across Asia, North America and Europe, including the industry and donor program for Australia’s representation at the 2017 Venice Biennale, creative developments in Indonesia and extensive business development across Asia.
With a background in theatre making, and degrees in English, Fine Arts and Cultural Practices, Tamara is excited to be finally using her emotional intelligence skills leading The School of Life in Australia.
