Proposer un changement de paradigme : passer de l\u2019approche curative \u00e0 une gestion pr\u00e9ventive et globale de la sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La sant\u00e9 mentale : une composante essentielle de la sant\u00e9 globale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La sant\u00e9 mentale ne se limite pas \u00e0 la lutte contre les troubles psychiques ; elle fait partie int\u00e9grante de la sant\u00e9 globale. En effet, selon l&#8217;OMS, la sant\u00e9 mentale englobe la dimension physique, psychique et sociale de l\u2019individu. En entreprise, bien que l&#8217;impact de la sant\u00e9 mentale sur la performance soit \u00e9vident, elle est souvent trait\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9active. Une gestion proactive de cette dimension est essentielle pour le bien-\u00eatre de tous.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Des chiffres alarmants qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 m\u00e9connue<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les chiffres relatifs \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale en entreprise sont r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En France, pr\u00e8s de 30% des arr\u00eats maladie sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 des troubles psychiques.<\/li>\n<li>62% des salari\u00e9s ont connu au moins un \u00e9pisode de fragilit\u00e9 mentale dans les trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Les co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s pour une entreprise de 300 collaborateurs peuvent atteindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,15 million d&#8217;euros par an, li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;impact des troubles psychiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces statistiques montrent l&#8217;ampleur de la probl\u00e9matique, et soulignent l&#8217;importance de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action pour pr\u00e9venir ces risques avant qu&#8217;ils ne deviennent des crises.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les causes profondes de la d\u00e9gradation de la sant\u00e9 mentale au travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Olivier Bourquard a mis en \u00e9vidence trois causes profondes qui expliquent la d\u00e9gradation de la sant\u00e9 mentale en entreprise :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le stress chronique<\/strong>, souvent li\u00e9 \u00e0 des stresseurs externes constants tels que l&#8217;incertitude \u00e9conomique ou les exigences professionnelles \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les fragilit\u00e9s personnelles<\/strong>, pr\u00e9dispositions individuelles amplifi\u00e9es par des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de vie stressants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La d\u00e9gradation des liens sociaux<\/strong>, qui cr\u00e9e un sentiment d&#8217;isolement et r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 fonctionner harmonieusement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les trois axes prioritaires pour pr\u00e9venir la fragilit\u00e9 mentale en entreprise<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour contrer ces causes profondes, il est crucial d\u2019agir sur trois axes prioritaires :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identifier ses stresseurs personnels<\/strong> : Chaque collaborateur doit apprendre \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les sources de stress afin de pouvoir agir sur celles-ci en amont.<\/li>\n<li><strong>G\u00e9rer la fatigue cognitive et la fragmentation attentionnelle<\/strong> : Une gestion optimale des t\u00e2ches, en limitant les distractions et en favorisant la concentration, est essentielle pour r\u00e9duire l&#8217;impact de ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renforcer les liens sociaux et la communication<\/strong> : Les managers ont un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9venir la d\u00e9gradation des relations. Un management bienveillant et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute permet de cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail plus sain et plus solidaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#8217;impact \u00e9conomique de la sant\u00e9 mentale : pourquoi c&#8217;est un enjeu strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Am\u00e9liorer la gestion de la sant\u00e9 mentale permet non seulement de r\u00e9duire l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, mais aussi de renforcer la productivit\u00e9 et la performance globale de l\u2019entreprise. Il est prouv\u00e9 que 70% des transformations \u00e9chouent \u00e0 cause d\u2019une mauvaise gestion des facteurs humains, dont la sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le r\u00f4le des managers et des \u00e9quipes RH : des acteurs cl\u00e9s du changement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les managers ont un r\u00f4le fondamental dans cette transformation.
