Ce n&#8217;est pas l&#8217;absence de difficult\u00e9s, c&#8217;est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 y faire face avec ses ressources \u00e9motionnelles et relationnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Au travail, cela se traduit par un \u00e9quilibre entre \u00e9nergie, sens, reconnaissance et qualit\u00e9 des liens.<\/p>\n<h3>Quand le travail touche \u00e0 l&#8217;estime de soi<\/h3>\n<p>Les rythmes, la charge, les injonctions contradictoires, le manque de reconnaissance influencent directement l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel. Mais ces facteurs ne p\u00e8sent pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re sur tous. Elles pr\u00e9sentaient \u00e9galement des scores de bien-\u00eatre psychologique plus faibles (36 % contre 25 %). En 2026, l&#8217;\u00e9cart se r\u00e9duit mais persiste : 74 % des femmes se d\u00e9clarent en bonne sant\u00e9 mentale au travail, contre 79 % des hommes (Barom\u00e8tre Qualisocial, 2026).<\/p>\n<div class=\"stat-highlight\">\n<div class=\"stat-card\">\n<div class=\"stat-number\">13 %<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-label\">des femmes d\u00e9clarent un trouble anxieux ou d\u00e9pressif au travail<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-source\">DARES, 2016-2024<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-card\">\n<div class=\"stat-number\">75 %<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-label\">des femmes cadres ont ressenti le syndrome de l&#8217;imposteur<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-source\">KPMG, 2020<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-card\">\n<div class=\"stat-number\">206 min<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-label\">par jour consacr\u00e9es aux t\u00e2ches domestiques par les femmes<\/div>\n<div class=\"stat-source\">CED Barcelone, 2024<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u00c0 cela s&#8217;ajoute le poids de la double journ\u00e9e : en France, les femmes consacrent en moyenne 206 minutes par jour aux t\u00e2ches domestiques, contre 111 minutes pour les hommes (Centre d&#8217;\u00e9tudes d\u00e9mographiques de Barcelone, 2024). Cette surcharge invisible impacte directement la fatigue psychique, le sommeil, la disponibilit\u00e9 cognitive \u2014 et, \u00e0 terme, la sant\u00e9 mentale au travail.<\/p>\n<h3>Le travail \u00e9motionnel, ce &#8220;second m\u00e9tier&#8221; souvent f\u00e9minin<\/h3>\n<p>Dans de nombreuses organisations, les femmes assurent un travail relationnel et \u00e9motionnel informel : m\u00e9diation, \u00e9coute, soutien, coh\u00e9sion d&#8217;\u00e9quipe. Ce r\u00f4le de \u00ab care \u00bb au travail, rarement reconnu ni valoris\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e8re une charge mentale suppl\u00e9mentaire et une fatigue psychique qui passent sous les radars des indicateurs RH classiques. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theschooloflife.com\/paris\/securite-psychologique\/\" class=\"internal-link\">\u2192 Consulter : S\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Quand les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre p\u00e8sent sur la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/h3>\n<p>On attend encore souvent des femmes qu&#8217;elles soient disponibles, conciliantes, agr\u00e9ables. L&#8217;ambition professionnelle f\u00e9minine se heurte \u00e0 des injonctions contradictoires : \u00eatre leader mais pas \u00ab trop directive \u00bb, \u00eatre performante mais rester \u00ab accessible \u00bb. Ce perfectionnisme nourrit le sur-engagement, la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer et l&#8217;\u00e9puisement.<\/p>\n<h3>Syndrome de l&#8217;imposteur et autocensure<\/h3>\n<p>Selon le rapport KPMG Women&#8217;s Leadership Summit (2020), <strong>75 % des femmes cadres<\/strong> d\u00e9clarent avoir ressenti le syndrome de l&#8217;imposteur au cours de leur carri\u00e8re. Ces doutes r\u00e9currents \u2014 peur d&#8217;\u00eatre \u00ab d\u00e9masqu\u00e9e \u00bb, sentiment de ne pas m\u00e9riter sa place \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e8rent anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ruminations et isolement. Quand une collaboratrice n&#8217;ose plus dire \u00ab je suis fatigu\u00e9e \u00bb ou \u00ab j&#8217;ai besoin d&#8217;aide \u00bb, c&#8217;est toute l&#8217;\u00e9quipe qui perd en intelligence collective.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique \u2014 cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 exprimer ses limites sans peur du jugement \u2014 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 chacun.
