Realise Your Potential Full Day Workshop

We are, most of us, aware that not all of our potential is currently being mined. We have intuitions of possibilities - in our love lives, our careers and our ways of living - that we have yet to explore.

In this full-day workshop we will be guided through a deep exploration of our potential: where and when our intuitions are correct, and where perhaps we should exercise greater caution in following sudden new ideas and pathways.

We will consider how we might listen to what we could call our 'inner selves' in order to turn confused messages of ambition and distress into a plan for a more coherent and satisfying future. We explore what might be blocking our creativity and look to understand our unconscious bias towards suffering.

While greater satisfaction is an aspiration that must be handled with immense patience, most of us truly do have enormous reserves of untapped possibilities. This realisation is at once a little scary and truely liberating.

In this full day workshop, we will:

- Learn how to identify our values and most deeply held drives;

- Use tools to re-evaluate our lives;

- Learn practical steps forward that provide an action plan rather than remaining in reflection;

- Consider sources of inspiration and where to find them;

- Learn the importance of continuous development and the crucial part self-reflection plays in realising our potential;
