Dr Elise Bialylew
Dr Elise Bialylew is a doctor, mindfulness expert and social entrepreneur who founded Mindful in May, the world's largest online mindfulness meditation campaign that raises money to reduce the impact of global poverty. Through Mindful in May, she has taught thousands of people around the world the skills of mindfulness whilst raising over $600,000 to transform the lives of more than 15,000 people through building clean water projects in Africa. Celebrities including Magda Szubanski have learned to meditate with Elise as have corporates including Google. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, New York Times and on Australian Television. She is a highly sought after corporate mindfulness consultant who delivers training through her organisation The Mind Life Project, including her program The Power of Presence, where she combines her scientific rigour, psychological understanding and mindfulness expertise, to support leaders and organisations in becoming more resilient, innovative and effective at work and life.
