What we created

We incorporated Sony’s internal language into our workshops so that the programme felt like a bespoke experience. The audience was made up of groups from across every level of the organisation and multiple countries. Sony chose to partner the workshops with tailored peer-to-peer coaching to complement the shared experience and to optimise the practical application of the skills acquired during the sessions.
