Fiona Buckland is a life coach and writer, who works to help people switch off autopilot and unleash their potential to live richer and more fulfilled lives.
She is also a Fulbright scholar and published author, with a Ph.D. in Performance Studies from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where she lectured in writing and performance. Rather than continue a career in academia, she took a road less traveled and worked extensively in UK and US corporate life, including key strategic roles in publishing, where she worked with thought-leaders from the worlds of psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science, history and culture.
Now she dedicates her time to coaching individuals, groups and organisations, writing, and facilitating classes and workshops on well-being, leadership, creativity, resilience, motivation, making better decisions, and living a life with purpose. For the last few years, she has also worked as a curator, producer and speaker coach for TEDx.
