What is ‘How to be Confident’?

There is a common misconception around confidence being an in-born personality trait – as people, we are either confident or not. On the contrary, at The School of Life we strongly believe that confidence is a skill that can be practised and learned. This class is for anyone who wants to build confidence in some area of life.
