Day to day you’ll be involved in the following:
- Owning the whole sales and account management process, from early conversations to proposal/pitch
- Building credible relationships with new and existing clients/ organisations to drive sales
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Meeting with senior Learning and Development people and other stakeholders within organisations to understand current business issues and scope out needs
- Creating compelling proposals and tailored learning solutions that meet business needs
- Pitching to stakeholders
- Negotiating with Procurement
- Owning the contract process
- Working with the Client Coordinator who will manage the roll out of the projects
- Navigating around your accounts to spot growth opportunities
- Writing account and project plans to maximise revenue
We’re a collaborative team so it’s very important that you have a can-do attitude and are a self-starter with a proactive and highly responsive attitude.
We work with major brands / household names and are excited to find the right person for this role who’ll have a passion for and develop an understanding of TSOL’s brand and purpose.
There’s a lot more to this role; if you’ve an inkling that this might be for you, please submit your details and we look forward to finding out more about you.
People are the most expensive, complex, and valuable assets of any company. But all too often, they are the least understood. At The School of Life, we believe that emotional maturity is the key to better employee performance and engagement. Our service is built on our 10+ years of experience working with individuals and organisations to develop emotional intelligence. Our Business Workshops are built around a set of core emotional skills that we believe employees and leaders need in order to flourish at work. Our learning programmes aim to bring about true changes in behaviour, helping employees to overcome hurdles and approach tasks with greater focus, confidence and maturity. The material has a strong theoretical underpinning – drawn from philosophy and psychotherapy – delivered in a clear style.
The School of Life is a global organisation helping people lead more fulfilled lives. We believe that the journey to finding fulfilment begins with self-knowledge. It is only when we have a sense of who we really are that we can make reliable decisions, particularly around love and work.
Sadly, tools and techniques for developing self-knowledge and finding fulfilment are hard to find — they’re not taught in schools, in universities, or in workplaces. Too many of us go through life without ever really understanding what’s going on in the recesses of our minds.
That’s why we created The School of Life; a resource for helping us understand ourselves, for improving our relationships, our careers and our social lives – as well as for helping us find calm and get more out of our leisure hours. We do this through films, workshops, books and gifts – as well as through a warm and supportive community. You can find us online, in stores and in welcoming spaces around the globe.
