Relationship MOT

Relationship MOT

We can all work harder to make our relationships better and stronger, whether you’re in the throes of new love, have been married for twenty years, or single for forty.

Our relationships MOT is a chance to work intensively with a high-qualified expert to deeply explore the role of love in your life.

If you are in a couple, the sessions are designed as a mutual exploration of your relationship in the company of impartial third-party. Whether you are working through a particular conflict or crisis, or are just keen to shake up some of the ingrained habits we all fall into, a meaningful conversation led by a trained individual can help to create stronger bonds between you, and take your relationship to a new level of trust and intimacy.

If you are single, the session will focus on the role of love in your life now and consider the way we relate to the people around us. Whether you a newly single, or have never had a satisfactory relationship, you’ll work through habits and patterns and address any areas where you might wish to make a change and how to do it.

Each session lasts 90mins. You will be asked to complete a question in advance and be given a list of further reading suggestions to take-away.
