Winter EQ Intensive 2017

Winter EQ Intensive 2017

The best of The School of Life condensed into a single, unforgettable week.

The School of Life EQ Intensive is a structured, 5-day journey through rich, enlightening and transformative material. The experience offers you the very best of The School of Life's unique program of classes, workshops and events, as well as supplementary School of Life products to support you outside the classroom.

The EQ Intensive is designed to give you the chance to step outside your daily existence and think productively about your strengths and weaknesses, values and priorities, goals and dreams. You will be given a chance to navigate four subject areas which touch on the most important aspects of modern life: Work, Love, Self and Culture.

As a group experience, you will have the pleasure of an ongoing journey with other curious, sociable and open-minded people. This course is designed to help direct your thinking on important questions. You will be encouraged to share your thoughts and discuss insights with fellow travelers throughout the week.

The program will run from 9am – 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, including a conversation dinner on Tuesday night. Refreshments will be provided throughout the course, including lunch on 3 of the 5 days and the conversation dinner.

The course is based at The School of Life Melbourne classroom, with some excursions to other venues.

For further questions regarding the course, please contact The School of Life Melbourne Box Office at or on +61 (0)434 492 669

Intensives allow more time for an in-depth exploration of the topic through conversation and activities. Our intensives provide an opportunity to work with leading members of our faculty over the course of a highly structured five day period. Sessions are limited to 25 participants.

I left the week feeling far more open to possibility than I had expected, at the same time understanding that how that possibility was taken on is entirely up to me. Powerful.

“When else do you get a chance to really think about what is important in life with fantastic inspiring teachers who really know and understand what they are talking about? I would highly recommend The School Of Life one week intensive course to anyone. You not only meet great minded people, you also get time and space to really think about many different areas of your life from your career to great conversations. As Nike would say “just do it”… You will not regret it.’

Leave preconception at the door and be nurtured with wisdom that is delivered by people who care.

The New Year Intensive exceeded expectations - it was challenging, provocative & enabled personal transformation. The content invited respectful debate & rapid learning. TSOL is to be commended for expanding minds & bringing together unconventional allies.
