WHY WE GOT TOGETHER

We have been working in partnership with Blue 449 for a number of years now to embed a philosophy within their organisation aimed at empowering their staff to be more collaborative, strategic and able to develop more adventurous creative solutions. 

WHAT WE CREATED

An annual development programme as part of their ‘Open Source Academy’ which provided new approaches to collaboration, storytelling, persuasion and creativity. We worked with a range of experts to develop a bespoke programme of team events to inspire their people with new ways of thinking about their daily work. The fifth term of activity will take the form of a ‘Wellbeing Festival’ encompassing a range of activities touching on intellectual, physical and emotional health.
