PLAY
Why is it so hard to make the most of our time off?
How can we have better conversations with our friends?
What can culture really offer us?
We created this course because we know it isn’t easy to make the most of limited free time. Think of the number of evenings that disappear in front of the TV or weekends that somehow go wrong.
In a society obsessed by the notion that culture is good for you, we ask the blunt question: why? At a time when people rush around the world on exhausting holidays, we learn about the art of exploring the places that are right on our doorstep. And with environmentalists emphasising threats to nature, we take a step back and find out what kind of fun can be had outdoors.
Play may be the part of our lives that is supposed to be easy, but is often hard to get right. Join us in thinking beyond conventional approaches and discover new ways of enjoying your free time.
