Mindfulness Course with Ed Halliwell

Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body approach to life that helps people relate effectively to their experiences. It involves paying attention to thoughts, feelings and body sensations in a way that can increase our awareness, help us manage difficult experiences, and create space in which we can make wise choices.

The School of Life are running an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course. The course will lead you through the key principles of living mindfully, and introduce practices to help you cultivate mindfulness in daily life.

Sessions are made up of a combination of mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, discussions and instruction. You will also be invited to develop your own practice through weekly homework (about 45mins a day). We’ll provide course materials and CDs for you to do this.
