David Waters
David Waters is a writer, a fashion stylist and a counsellor with his own practice in central London. Once upon a time he co-produced West End plays and worked for Sadler’s Wells Royal Ballet. He was the original Billy Elliot, apart from Billy made it into the Royal Ballet School. While David was rejected. He does, however, review theatre, dance and classical music on his blog, Critical Mass. David has written for the Financial Times, Sunday Times Style, Guardian, Sunday Telegraph and Saturday Times Magazine on fashion, style and his family. He is the Associate Style Editor of Men’s Health and is a fashion expert on BBC Breakfast. He claims to have written the world’s first grooming guide for men. And he does consult for leading British fashion and beauty brands. David took degrees in literature from North London University and Queen Mary, University of London and studied post-graduate journalism at London College of Printing and therapy at the Mary Ward Centre. He escaped academia by joining the fashion circus. And no matter whatever else he’s been up to, he’s never stopped playing his trusty violin. |
